Make your own Vitamin Water!

This water combines watermelon, strawberry, and rosemary. Watermelon is made of approximately 92% water, and provides a boost of vitamins C, B and antioxidants. The strawberries are antioxidant rich with tons of vitamin C and will help strengthen your immune system to fight colds and flus. Finally, the rosemary will help relieve any pain and inflammation that you may be experiencing, stimulate circulation, and sooth your stomach.

Vitamin Water!

Ingredients

  • 2 litres filtered water
  • 1/4 watermelon, cubed
  • 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 5-6 strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  • Wash your fruit well, slice, and add to the filtered water in a large pitcher.
  • Let the ingredients sit for 1-2 hours, to allow the fruit to infuse the water.
