I am a huge advocate for Green Smoothies, I have one everyday. By incorporating a green smoothie a day, you can speed up your metabolism and help heal digestion! The greens in your smoothies are more easily absorbed from the blending process because the cellulose is broken down, making the nutrients 70-90% more absorbable than a traditional salad (and way easier to consume on the run).
For this Vega Super Green Mango Smoothie, you will need:
- 2 cups organic spinach
- 1/2 organic banana
- 3/4-1 cup frozen organic mango
- 1 scoop Vanilla Vega Protein & Greens
- 1- 2 cups filtered water
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add more filtered water until your desired consistency.
