These may be the easiest and most delicious Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies I have ever tasted! They only have 6 ingredients and I can’t wait to experiment with different dried fruits, seeds and nuts. These little guys have tons of potential! Not to mention they are gluten free and refined sugar free.

You will need:

  • 2 cups of Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1 tsp True Cinnamon
  • 3 ripe Organic Bananas
  • 1/2 cup Organic Dark Chocolate Chips or Cacao Chips

Preheat the oven to 350F. In a large mixing bowl mash the bananas until little or no clumps remain. In a blender or food processor, lightly process the oats into smaller pieces, but not into a complete flour consistency. Add the oats to the mixing bowl, along with the almond milk, applesauce, and cinnamon. Then fold in the chocolate chips. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool completely and enjoy!

Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
