And my obsession with Hemp Seeds continues…

Try this Raspberry Hemp Smoothie instead of your toast, pastry or muffin tomorrow morning to cut that unwanted refined sugar out of your morning routine. These Manitoba Harvest Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds are packed with protein, omega’s, and less carbs than flax or chia seeds.

For this smoothie, you will need:

  • 3/4 cup frozen organic raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen organic mango
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • drizzle honey

Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy 🙂
