This simple, no bake, vegan, gluten free, and dairy free recipe is quick to prepare and perfect to keep in your fridge for snacks throughout the week. Each power ball offers protein, fibre, healthy fats, and antioxidants.


Did you know that 3 tbsp of Hemp Seeds has 10g of protein, 10g of omega’s, and only 3g of carbs? I love their nutty flavour and they’re the perfect addition to pretty much any power ball recipe.

These will only take you 10 minutes to make and will save you tons of time and money throughout the week. I have no more than 2 power balls at a time, usually in the afternoon or before a workout.


For this recipe, you will need:

  • 1 cup GF Oats
  • 1 cup GF Oats, ground into oat flour in processor or blender
  • 1 cup all natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp raw shelled hemp seeds
  • 1.5 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
  • pinch of himalayan salt

Mix ingredients together in a large bowl. Chill for 20 minutes. Roll the dough into small balls and let chill again in fridge for 15 minutes. Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
