My simple Papaya Fruit Bowl is the perfect way to enjoy this wonderful fruit, with the added benefits of protein, antioxidants, and omega’s.
You will need:
- 1/2 cup organic greek yogurt
- 1/4-1/2 medium papaya
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp slivered almonds
- 1/2 passionfruit
- 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Pour greek yogurt into a small bowl. Top with remaining ingredients.
