Papaya is soft, velvety, sweet and full of nutritious benefits:

My simple Papaya Fruit Bowl is the perfect way to enjoy this wonderful fruit, with the added benefits of protein, antioxidants, and omega’s.

You will need:

  • 1/2 cup organic greek yogurt
  • 1/4-1/2 medium papaya
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp slivered almonds
  • 1/2 passionfruit
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Pour greek yogurt into a small bowl. Top with remaining ingredients.
