I’ve just started incorporating more Matcha into my daily routine and I’m definitely feeling the benefits! So far, Matcha Ninja is my favourite because it doesn’t have that traditional bitter taste that you would expect. It’s Raw, Organic and with quality fine ground leaves that are soluble in cold water. This makes it great for just adding to your water bottle on the way out your door! Oh, and they’re a Toronto based start up 🙂


This creamy Matcha Milkshake Recipe is great for those that aren’t used to the Matcha flavour yet, but want to receive it’s powerful focus, fat burning and energetic benefits! Full of healthy fats, this is a great drink in the morning to fill you up, while still powering you through without coffee.


Matcha Milkshake


  • 1 single serving pouch Matcha Ninja Powder or 2 tsp
  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 0.5 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract


  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Add ice if you prefer it more thick and almond milk if you prefer it thin.
