These chewy Coconut Maca Energy Balls are full of protein, fiber, and antioxidants. Maca is an adaptogenic root, meaning it raises the body’s state of resistance to disease. It’s known for boosting energy, balancing hormones, improving stress resistance and it’s high in B Vitamins. It also stimulates the hypothalamus and pituitary glands, which are the master glands of the body and will help regulate other glands, such as adrenal and thyroid.

You will need:


  • 2 Tbsp Maca Powder
  • 1 cup Dates
  • 1 cup Organic Shredded Coconut
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp All Natural Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil



Remove the pits from the Dates and soak in water for 10 minutes. Drain the dates and add to blender or food processor with the Coconut and process until they begin to clump together. Melt the Coconut Oil, add the Maca powder to Dates and Coconut in processor and drizzle Coconut Oil into mixture as it processes until well combined. Remove the mixture and place in a mixing bowl. Add the Chia Seeds and Peanut Butter, mix until well combined. Roll into small balls and refrigerate for at least a week or store in the freezer.
