You can enjoy knowing it’s a wholesome, refined sugar free blend of nuts, seeds and whole grains. It’s just sweet enough, but feel free to adjust according to your taste buds.

Vegan, Gluten Free & Dairy Free

Goji Almond Granola


  • 4 cups gluten free rolled oats
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cups seeds (chia, pumpkin, sunflower, hemp, sesame - whatever you like)
  • 1/4 cup goji berries
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • pinch of himalayan or sea salt


  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Combine the wet (coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla) in a large mixing bowl and then add dry ingredients and mix until well coated.
  • Spread on a cookie sheet and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool completely and store in an air tight container.
