This pancake recipe is gluten free and only has 4 ingredients.

I love a good stack, layered with berries, bananas, peanut butter, maple syrup or anything you want! But an old fashioned stack with real maple syrup always satisfies. Great for when you need a little more gas in the tank for your next big workout or long run.

Gluten Free Pancake Stack


  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Let batter thicken for 10 minutes.
  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter or coconut oil.
  • Pour small spoonfuls onto the pan. Once small bubbles begin to form around edges and in centre, flip. Fry until golden brown.
  • Serve with fruit, nut butter, maple syrup, chocolate chips, coconut etc.
  • This makes 4-6 pancakes (depending on size).
