GF Banana Walnut Bread

This Gluten-Free Banana Walnut Bread is super simple to make and it turned out perfectly moist and delicious. The trick to this simple recipe is to use XO Baking Co.’s All-Natural Gluten Free Banana Bread Mix. It is rice free and has no artificial flavours or colors. It contains gluten free flour, baking powder, brown sugar, baking soda, sea salt and organic vanilla flavour.

You will need:

  • XO Baking Co.’s Gourmet Banana Bread Mix (pictured below)
  • 2 Organic Eggs
  • 3 Tablespoons of Almond or Coconut Milk
  • 1 1/2 cups of mashed over-ripe Organic bananas (approx. 4)
  • 1/3 cup melted Organic Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped Walnuts

Heat oven to 350F. Grease the bottom and sides of an 8″ loaf pan. In a large bowl, beat banana bread mix, oil, milk, eggs and mashed bananas until well combined. Stir in walnuts. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in the pan, then remove to finish cooling.
