How do you get your Pumpkin Spice fix? This Creamy Pumpkin Smoothie is a healthy option, filled with Vitamin A that helps form healthy skin, teeth and bones; dietary fibre to help regulate digestion and keep you feeling full longer; and healthy fats to help battle fatigue and brain fog!

You will need:

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp true cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/4-1/2 cup filtered water

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add extra water if consistency is too thick.
