This is one of my favourite granola bar recipes, because it’s no bake, only has 3 ingredients for the base and then you can add whatever flavours and toppings you like to it!

This makes 10 bars and like I said, get creative and use anything you want – almonds, peanuts, coconut, raisins, seeds etc.

Cranberry Pistachio & Cacao Granola Bars


  • Base:
  • 1/2 cup all natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • Add ins:
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup organic dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao nibs, chopped
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut


  • Melt the peanut butter and honey together in the microwave, stirring every 15 seconds. Only 2-3 times.
  • Mix in oats and all add in's, except for cacao.
  • Let mixture cool to room temperature and then add cacao or chocolate.
  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Press the mixture into the pan and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours before cutting into bars.
  • Store in the fridge.
