Banana Bread is one of my favourite things to whip up because it’s super easy and I always have the ingredients on hand. I decided to experiment a little this time and up the protein in this recipe. It turned out great! It tastes even better warmed up with a little nut butter on top.
Each slice of this loaf boasts approximately 10g of Protein! Perfect for pre and post workout.
