BulletProof Turmeric Latte (Caffeine Free)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp grass fed butter
  • 1 tbsp XCT, Brain Octane or MCT Oil
  • 0.5-1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of black pepper*

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients, except honey, in a medium hot saucepan and gently warm ingredients while stirring with a spoon to combine. Carefully transfer hot liquid into a blender with honey, tightly seal lid.
  • Blend until frothy, about 30 seconds. Serve hot and drink immediately.
