One Green Smoothie a day, helps heal your digestion, speed up your metabolism, strengthen your immune system and provide a healthy dose of veggies, fruits, protein and fat.

For this smoothie, you will need:

  • 2 cups fresh organic spinach
  • 1 cup frozen organic blueberries
  • 1 organic banana (can be fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 0.5 cup coconut milk
  • optional: 1 tbsp hemp seeds, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 scoop Vega Protein Powder or whatever kind you prefer (vanilla flavour will be important for this smoothie), 1 tbsp Brain Octane Oil or MCT Oil

Blend all ingredients until smooth. You can omit the coconut milk and just use 2 cups of filtered water also, it still tastes great.
