You will need:

  • 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup of Coconut Milk
  • 1.5 tbsp Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 Banana
  • sprinkle of True Cinnamon

Pour the coconut milk into a bowl or glass jar and stir in the chia seeds. Let sit in the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes, be sure to stir a few times until the texture becomes similar to tapioca pudding. Slice the banana and place on top of pudding with the walnuts. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and enjoy! The pudding will last in the fridge for a few days.
