I never get sick of Banana Bread.


This gluten free, dairy free, nut free recipe is moist and flavourful every time – it never gets old. Get in the habit of baking your own fresh and clean treats. You can fit delicious snacks into any plan!


Flourless Banana Bread (GF, DF)


  • 3 ripe Organic Bananas
  • 2 Organic Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Real Maple Syrup
  • 2 cups Gluten Free Oats
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder


  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Blend oats into flour and pour into a mixing bowl.
  • Add eggs, maple syrup, bananas, baking soda, and baking powder and blend until smooth.
  • Pour wet mixture into mixing bowl with oat flour. Mix well.
  • Grease loaf pan with coconut oil and pour in mixture.
  • Top with sliced banana and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clear.
  • Let cool completely and store in air tight container.
