Banana Nut Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp nut butter (I used peanut butter)
  • 2 cups organic spinach

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth. Periodically scraping the sides.
  • Pour contents into a bowl. If you find your bowl isn't thick enough, let it sit in fridge for 10 minutes, this will allow the chia seeds to expand and your smoothie bowl to thicken.
  • Add any toppings you choose. For this bowl I used shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds and more chia seeds.
