This Ginger-Almond Dressing goes well on any Grain Bowl or salad! It’s full of healthy fats and anti-inflammatory properties.



Ginger-Almond Dressing


  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger root, peeled and chopped
  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp water, to taste


  • Add almond butter, olive oil, garlic, ginger and lime juice to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add water as needed to thin until desired consistency.
  • Store in an air tight container or mason jar in the fridge.
  • Tastes best when consumed within a few days!
